Get ready for a royally fun and muddy adventure at the Muddy Princess 5K Obstacle Mud Run, set to transform Hemond's MX & Offroad Park in Minot, ME, on June 28, 2026! This exhilarating 5K (approximately 3-mile) event is designed exclusively for women, emphasizing empowerment, teamwork, and an unforgettable "girls' dirty day out" over competition or speed. Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to run, walk, crawl, climb, and laugh their way through 18-20 unique obstacles, including challenging mud pits, climbing nets, balance beams, water slides, rope climbs, and tire towers.

The course promises a dynamic experience, combining natural terrain with creative challenges, allowing every "Princess" to discover her strength and have a blast with friends and family.
