The TRIDELSOL course is celebrated for its scenic beauty, beginning with a refreshing swim from a sandy beach start on the shores of Barlow Lake. Participants then embark on a breathtaking bike ride through the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside, followed by an invigorating out-and-back run along the serene lakeshore. For those registered for the Sprint Triathlon, the run segment is a challenging 5K. Runners can anticipate typical July conditions with highs around 83°F and lows near 60°F, accompanied by a modest 12% chance of precipitation.
