National Trails Day 5k

Lace up for the 15th Annual National Trails Day 5K on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in scenic Rice, VA, at High Bridge Trail State Park. This engaging 3.1-mile event invites runners and walkers of all abilities to experience a unique out-and-back course along a historic rail-to-trail conversion. The route boasts a wide, level, crushed gravel surface with virtually no grade, making it ideal for those seeking a fast time or a leisurely stroll with family. The race kicks off from 1466 Camp Paradise Road, near the park's new visitor center.
