Participants must carry mandatory gear, including a headlamp or waist light with extra batteries, a water bottle or bladder, a collapsible cup, and a fully charged cell phone, as this is a cupless race. Aid stations are strategically positioned along the course, offering water, Tailwind, and a variety of nourishing options, with the Start/Finish area providing fully stocked refreshments, including warm food and vegan choices.
