Prepare to embrace your inner warrior at the Ninja 5K, 10K, and 13.1M, hitting the scenic routes of Rocky Mount, NC, on Saturday, August 1, 2026. This popular event, part of a well-regarded series, offers runners the choice of a 5K, 10K, or a challenging half marathon (13.1M), all kicking off bright and early at 8:30 AM EDT from Stith-Talbert Park at 799 Pennsylvania Ave. The courses feature a unique out-and-back looping design, providing a chance to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the Edgecombe area with each circuit. The 5K completes two loops of a 1.56-mile course, the 10K tackles four loops, and half marathoners will push their limits over six loops of a 2.18-mile out-and-back.
