Ninja 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon

The scenic out-and-back course winds through Whitehall Park, offering nearly three miles of paved walking trails with gentle elevation changes. Runners will be treated to stunning central Kentucky scenery, including picturesque wildflowers, historic barns, grazing livestock, wooded areas, and tranquil ponds. The terrain features gentle rolling hills with approximately 105 feet of elevation gain, primarily composed of grades under 5%. The Half Marathon completes six loops of a 2.18-mile out-and-back course, while the 10K covers four loops of a 1.56-mile route, and the 5K completes two loops of the same 1.56-mile course. Typical race day conditions in early August bring highs around 86°F and lows around 65°F, with a 17% chance of precipitation, providing a warm and potentially humid summer run.

The race kicks off at 8:30 AM, with packet pickup conveniently starting 30 minutes prior to the race at Whitehall Park, located at 500 White Hall Shrine Rd. All participants must register online via RunSignup, as on-site registration will not be available. With a generous course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, this event is ideal for both seasoned athletes aiming for a personal best and those looking to enjoy a memorable run through Kentucky's beautiful Bluegrass State.
