Runners will traverse a scenic, point-to-point course along the mostly paved blacktop surface of the Old Plank Trail, starting at Plymouth's Quit Qui Oc Sports Complex and culminating at the Sports Core in Kohler. The route offers a very gradual downhill descent, making for a smooth and enjoyable run, flowing through neighborhoods and alongside the famous Woodlake Market with picturesque views.

What truly sets this half marathon apart is its dedication to inclusivity, partnering with myTEAM TRIUMPH. Participants have the inspiring opportunity to run as an "Angel," guiding a "Captain"—an individual with a disability—to the finish line, fostering camaraderie and creating lasting memories. Kicking off at 6 PM sharp, the race allows you to experience the beautiful sunset over Sheboygan County, with glow sticks distributed at the final aid station for those still on the course as darkness falls. Typical race day conditions in early August bring highs around 77°F and lows around 62°F, with a 15% chance of precipitation, offering pleasant evening running temperatures.

Runners can expect exceptional support throughout the course, with six water stations, four of which also offer Gatorade, and GU gels provided at miles 5.4 and 9.6. Pace groups are available to help you hit your goal finish times, and the race culminates in a vibrant finish line celebration complete with music, food, drinks, and age group awards for the top three finishers in various categories, as well as overall male and female winners. Shuttles are provided from the finish line to the start, ensuring a seamless race day experience for all participants in this celebrated community event.
