The course offers a scenic tour, beginning and ending on North Avenue directly across from Ponce City Market, at the foot of Historic Old Fourth Ward Park. As you traverse the historic streets, you'll pass iconic landmarks, including a stretch along Auburn Avenue within the significant MLK Jr. Historic District, providing a unique blend of urban charm and historical reflection.

The O4W5K is renowned for its community spirit and its direct benefit to Hope-Hill Elementary, a dedicated K-5 public school in the Old Fourth Ward.
