Pierogi 5K

Lace up for a truly unique summer running experience at the Pierogi 5K, set to take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Hermitage, PA. This popular annual event, now in its sixth year, offers more than just a 5K; it's a celebration of community, fitness, and delicious cultural heritage, welcoming runners, walkers, and even stroller-pushers to the starting line. The course begins and ends at the Butler Community College LindenPointe parking lot on Innovation Way, promising a lively atmosphere from start to finish.

What truly sets the Pierogi 5K apart is its commitment to a festive, personalized experience. After conquering the 3.1-mile distance, participants are treated to an exceptional post-race pierogi bar featuring assorted toppings provided by "The Perfect Pair." Complementing these savory rewards, "Uncloud Coffee" will be on hand with single-origin hot and iced coffee and teas, ensuring a refreshing finish. Runners will also cherish their unique pierogi-shaped finisher medals and event t-shirts, while professional digital photos, captured by Ano & Co. Photography, will be available for download to commemorate the day. A DJ will keep the energy high, contributing to the vibrant ambiance that has made this race a local favorite, doubling its participants to over 160 in its fifth year.
