Kicking off at 8:30 AM from 7419 E Mt Hope Hwy, this event offers a vibrant atmosphere for runners of all levels. Choose your challenge from a 5K, 10K, or the exhilarating 13.1-mile half marathon, all traversing a picturesque out-and-back course that highlights the beautiful landscape of Eaton County. The 5K involves two loops of a 0.78-mile course, while the 10K completes four loops, and half marathoners tackle six loops of a 1.09-mile segment.

Embrace the festive, pirate-themed spirit as you chase your personal best, with a generous 3-hour and 30-minute time limit ensuring ample opportunity for all participants to enjoy the journey. Typical race day conditions in early April offer crisp highs around 53°F and lows around 32°F, with a minimal 13% chance of precipitation, providing ideal running weather. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the 8:30 AM start, concluding 10 minutes prior to race time.
