Pirate 5K, and 10K

Prepare to hoist the Jolly Roger and embark on a thrilling running adventure at the Pirate 5K and 10K, setting sail on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in scenic New Cumberland, PA! This celebrated event, a proud part of the US Road Running Race Series, welcomes runners and walkers of all paces to Roof Park. Expect ideal spring running conditions, with typical race day highs around 61°F and lows around 40°F, accompanied by a low 12% chance of precipitation.

Participants can choose their voyage: the 5K covers three invigorating laps of the approximately 0.52-mile out-and-back course, while the 10K challenges runners with six laps. All who cross the finish line within the generous two-hour time limit will be awarded a unique, themed finisher medal to commemorate their achievement. Embracing the pirate spirit is highly encouraged, with awards for the best costume and even some "Pirate Booty" awaiting participants.

The adventure begins promptly at 8:30 AM. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race start, so be sure to arrive early, as all registration is exclusively online through RunSignup.
