The 22nd annual Quality of Life Run returns on Saturday, August 8, 2026, offering runners an exhilarating experience through scenic Billings, Montana. Participants can choose between a challenging 5-mile or a faster 2-mile race, both renowned for their downhill courses that are perfect for chasing a new personal best. The 5-mile race kicks off at Masterson Circle, winding along Highway 3 to 27th Street before joining the 2-mile route, which begins at MSU-B. Both distances culminate at the cul-de-sac at N. 32nd Street and 6th Avenue North, promising a swift finish for all competitors.
More than just a race, the Quality of Life Run serves as an excellent tune-up for the Montana Marathon in September and supports a vital cause. Proceeds from this event benefit Off The Streets, a local Billings organization dedicated to aiding those experiencing chronic homelessness by providing stable housing, warm meals, and employment opportunities. Historically, the Quality of Life program, established in 2004 by the Billings Association of REALTORS®, has raised over $1,000,000 for local non-profits. Runners can anticipate typical race day conditions with highs around 87F and lows around 56F, and only a 4% chance of precipitation, making for ideal running weather. Join the Billings community for this impactful event that combines a beautiful course with meaningful support for local residents.
