Raptor Dash 5K

Lace up for the inaugural Raptor Dash 5K, an exciting new event set to take over San Antonio, TX, on Saturday, February 28, 2026. This community-focused 5K welcomes runners of all ages and abilities to the BASIS San Antonio Jack Lewis Jr. Campus, located at 3303 N Ellison Dr, for a morning of fitness and fun. More than just a race, the Raptor Dash is a spirited gathering designed to celebrate health, connection, and school spirit, with proceeds directly supporting the dedicated teachers and exceptional programs at BASIS JLJ.

Participants can look forward to a vibrant race day atmosphere on the school campus, perfect for seasoned runners and families alike. Both an Adult 5K and a Kids Raptor 5K will be offered, ensuring everyone has a chance to hit the pavement and contribute to a worthy cause. With typical race day conditions in late February showcasing pleasant highs around 73°F and lows around 51°F, and only a 5% chance of precipitation, runners can expect ideal weather for personal bests or simply enjoying a refreshing stride.
