Get ready to celebrate Independence Day with a stride at the inaugural Red, White & Blue Race, taking place on July 4, 2026, in the scenic coastal city of Fort Bragg, California. This brand-new event offers a variety of distances for every runner, including a Half Marathon (13.1M), 10K (6.2M), 5K (3.1M), and a fun 0.5M Kiddie Race. The starting and finishing lines are conveniently located at Main and Cypress Streets in Fort Bragg. Typical race day conditions in Fort Bragg for early July feature comfortable lows around 56°F and highs of about 94°F, with a 0% chance of precipitation, creating ideal running weather.

Participants can look forward to a festive atmosphere, with each runner receiving a stylish race tee, with a choice of long or short sleeves, to commemorate their achievement. Upon crossing the finish line, athletes will be greeted with refreshing fruit, water, and hot coffee, which will be available throughout the entire event. Half Marathon finishers will earn exclusive finisher gifts, while top performers across all races will vie for medals awarded to the top three in each age category, and special award baskets for the first male and female finishers. Even the youngest runners in the Kiddie Race will receive a finisher prize, with extra honors for the fastest three.
