Choose your challenge from the 5K or 1-mile distances, with the main Rhythm Race & Neon Run kicking off at 8:35 PM EDT. Younger participants can join the fun with the "Rhythm Rush," a 100-yard dash for kids under six, starting at 8:30 PM EDT, where all finishers receive a special "Rhythm Rattle."
