Run For Peace 5K

Lace up for an inspiring journey at the Run For Peace 5K, set to take place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in the picturesque St. Augustine, Florida. This cherished annual event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and skill levels to the beautiful St. Augustine Beach Pier, where the 5K race begins promptly at 8:00 AM EDT. More than just a race, your participation directly supports the vital mission of the Betty Griffin Center, dedicated to saving the lives of domestic and sexual abuse victims in St. Johns County.

The course itself promises a "fast, flat and fun" experience, guiding participants through scenic beach neighborhoods and offering refreshing views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean as you make your way back to the Pier. Runners can expect aid with water stations strategically placed at the 1 and 2-mile marks, as well as at the finish line. Typical race day conditions in early April feature comfortable highs around 79°F and lows around 54°F, with a low 11% chance of precipitation, providing ideal weather for a memorable run along the coast.
