Run for the Elk Race Festival: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K

Whether you're tackling the fast 5K or challenging yourself with the 10K, both distances promise a beautiful and relatively flat out-and-back course on a hard-packed surface of stone dust and fine gravel, suitable for your regular running shoes.

The 5K course guides runners 1.55 miles out before turning back to the finish, while the 10K extends further, covering 3.1 miles out-and-back. Typical race day conditions in late July bring highs around 82°F and lows near 58°F, with an 18% chance of precipitation, creating a warm summer atmosphere. Aid stations stocked with water and Gatorade will be available approximately every two miles to keep you hydrated, with additional unmanned water stations along the course for convenience.

Beyond the picturesque scenery, the Run for the Elk Race Festival, produced by Elite Feats, is renowned for its fun, well-organized events and fantastic runner amenities.
