Run Wild 5K & Kids run- 2026

Get ready to kick off your Independence Day with a bang at the Run Wild 5K & Kids run- 2026 in Houston, TX! Scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, this popular event, hosted by the Runner's High Club, offers a fantastic 3.1-mile (5K) race for adults and a fun ~0.6-mile Kids Run for participants 12 and under. The 5K boasts a flat and fast road course, perfect for chasing a personal best or enjoying a festive morning run. The Kids Run is also held on paved roads or sidewalks, and parents are welcome to join their children. The race takes place at 1141 Uptown Park Blvd, Houston, TX 77056, with convenient free parking available at Uptown Park Plaza.

The Run Wild 5K is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and has sold out in the last three years, a testament to its excellent reputation among local runners.
