Runners on Parade 5K

Formerly known as the Runners on Parade 5K, this event continues its legacy as the most popular 5K of the summer, drawing both seasoned competitors and casual participants to its vibrant atmosphere. The race unfolds on a fantastic loop course, starting and finishing at the Fort Wayne Orthopedics campus at 7601 W. Jefferson Blvd.. Runners will enjoy a scenic route that includes mostly roads with a straight stretch of paved trail in the final mile, bordering the beautiful Eagle Marsh Nature Preserve.

The course is primarily flat, offering a fast experience, with just a short hill at mile 2.6 to add a touch of challenge. This accessible design ensures an enjoyable outing for all, from those chasing a personal best to families looking for a fun morning walk. Participants can expect a well-supported race with a water stop along the course and refreshing water available at the finish line.
