Prepare to be captivated by the scenic beauty and community spirit of the SBI Three Bridge Tour, held on November 7, 2026, in the breathtaking Ocean Isle Beach, NC. This celebrated event, organized by the South Brunswick Islands Rotary Club, invites runners to traverse the stunning South Brunswick Islands, offering a unique opportunity to cross the iconic bridges of Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and Holden Beach. With distances ranging from a challenging new 100-mile Century run, a demanding 67-mile journey, a robust 34-mile option, to an accessible 17-mile course, there's a distance perfectly suited for every ambition and fitness level.

Runners will experience a professionally marked course featuring meandering waterways, idyllic shorelines, and panoramic views from the three namesake bridges, which promise both a physical challenge and unforgettable scenery. The route for 2026 has been improved for safety, with the Holden Beach segment bypassing Shallotte. Typical race day conditions in early November boast pleasant highs around 67F and lows around 47F, with only a 13% chance of precipitation, creating an ideal environment for a memorable race. The course is well-supported with up to four fully-stocked rest stops, depending on your chosen distance, ensuring you stay fueled and hydrated.

The SBI Three Bridge Tour is more than just a race; it's an experience built on camaraderie and a commitment to making a difference. All activities, including the start and finish, are conveniently located at the Ocean Isle Beach Park (6483 Old Georgetown Rd SW). Each registered participant receives a soft-style event t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a well-deserved post-race catered lunch. New for 2026, the event introduces timed segments and awards for the fastest runners, adding an exciting competitive edge. Proceeds from the tour directly benefit local and international Rotary projects, enriching the lives of children and youth in Brunswick County. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, celebrated with a red-carpet finish and enthusiastic support from West Brunswick High School cheerleaders.
