For those seeking an extra test, a 10K Ruck option is also available, allowing participants to carry a 20lb or 30lb rucksack.

The course itself is a highlight, leading runners along "shady, rolling, fast, gravel trails" through Queeny Park. The 5K consists of one lap, the 10K covers two laps, and Half Marathoners will complete four circuits of the well-marked, shared route, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for all. Aid stations are strategically placed approximately every three miles, or each lap at 3.25 miles, and are stocked with sport drinks to keep you fueled.
