The 5K course offers a chip-timed experience, beginning by the lake and guiding you through a mostly paved path within the park, concluding back at the lake's entrance. The 1-mile option provides a delightful lap around Waughop Lake, showcasing the area's natural beauty. Both routes feature mostly paved surfaces with a short section of dirt or gravel.
