The 50K boasts a challenging 6,000 feet of elevation gain, the 25K tackles 3,300 feet, and even the "hardest 10K in the Inland Northwest" presents a formidable 1,600 feet of ascent over approximately 7 miles.

All distances begin and conclude at the Selkirk Lodge in Mt. Spokane State Park. Aid stations along the course are well-supplied with water, Skratch electrolyte drink, fruit, pickles, chips, applesauce, and Coke to keep you fueled, though runners should bring their own gels if desired. Typical race day conditions in early June offer pleasant highs around 71°F and lows around 50°F, with only a 5% chance of precipitation, providing ideal running weather.
