The adventure unfolds on a challenging 4.16-mile main loop, featuring a significant 815 feet of elevation gain per lap over a mix of multi-use fire road and singletrack trails. As the event draws to a close, a shorter 0.34-mile loop opens, adding a strategic element for runners looking to maximize their final miles. Aid stations are exceptionally well-stocked, offering a diverse array of gels, chews, trail mix, fruit, soda, and Skratch Hydration, with one runner enthusiastically describing them as a "cruise ship buffet."
