The Half Marathon presents a stout challenge for experienced trail runners, featuring approximately three miles of paved surface before transitioning to extensive trail sections with nearly 1,700 feet of ascent and descent. For those new to trails or seeking a faster pace, the 10K offers a balanced course, roughly 50% paved and 50% trail, including one notable climb. Aid stations are strategically placed, with the 10K having one around mile 3, and the Half Marathon supported at miles 4.1, 7.65, and 9.85, providing water, electrolytes, and energy products. Typical race day conditions in late June promise pleasant running weather, with highs around 76F and lows around 57F, and a 0% chance of rain.
