The WellStyles Move More 5k

Lace up for a vibrant community event at The WellStyles Move More 5k, taking place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Glendale, Arizona. This inviting race offers both a 3.1-mile (5K) run/walk and a 1-mile walk, making it perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, including children 12 and under who participate for free. The race kicks off and concludes at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center, located at 5600 W Union Hills Dr, providing convenient access and free parking for participants.

Runners can anticipate typical race day conditions with comfortable highs around 74°F and lows around 48°F, accompanied by a minimal 4% chance of precipitation. The course itself, set within the City of Glendale, is designed to be accessible, featuring water stations along the route to keep participants hydrated. Beyond the race, the atmosphere continues to buzz with a Free Community Wellness Fair and a unique Free Rock Wall Climb available inside the Foothills Recreation and Aquatics Center, creating a fun-filled morning for everyone involved.

All finishers of both the 5K and 1-mile distances will be celebrated with a finisher medal, and the top three male and female 5K finishers will receive gift card awards. Participants who register early are also eligible to receive an event t-shirt, with the first 600 registrants guaranteed their size by January 28.
