Runners and walkers alike can choose between the 3.1-mile (5K) course or, for the younger participants, the spirited 1-mile Sprout Sprint, a delightful three-lap dash around the school. The 5K course offers a dynamic experience, beginning at Green Street School and winding through Brattleboro. Participants will navigate Green Street, Western Avenue, and Cedar Street, encountering a varied route that includes an ascent through the scenic Harris Hill Ski Jump area and trails like Ice Pond Road, Ridge Trail, Main Trail, and Upper Woodlands Trail, before returning to the Green Street School.
