This USATF-certified 3.1-mile course promises a straightforward road race experience, starting and finishing conveniently on Legion Parkway, just west of Veterans Drive, near Veterans Memorial Park and West Seneca Centennial Park. Runners will navigate local streets including Legion Drive, Main Street, and Century Drive, with a turn-around utilizing the perimeter driving lane of the West Seneca West Senior High School Main Street parking lot. This flat and fast course is ideal for setting a new personal best or simply enjoying a refreshing run through the heart of the community.
More than just a race, the West Seneca Community 5k is a vibrant community celebration, serving as the official kick-off for West Seneca Community Days. Hosted by the West Seneca West Sports Boosters and the West Seneca Police Benevolent Association, the event proudly supports local students through annual scholarships.
