This annual Halloween-themed event, known as Coastal Virginia's largest Halloween race and party, invites runners of all levels to embrace the spooky season with a flat and fast course along the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The excitement begins at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on 19th Street for an 8 AM start, with the finish line awaiting you at 20th Street and the iconic Virginia Beach Boardwalk.
