Wildflower Trail Races

Runners will traverse a beautiful single-track trail system within Bastrop State Park, winding through sections of pine, sand, and rock, complete with engaging rolling climbs and fun descents. The course provides unique scenery, showcasing the remarkable rebirth of the Lost Pines forest following the 2011 fires.

The Wildflower Trail Races are known for their well-organized setup and friendly atmosphere. The 2026 event promises new routes and a refreshed start/finish staging area, enhancing the race experience. Aid stations are strategically located at the start/finish line and at Harmon Road, with additional unmanned water points along the course; however, all runners are required to carry their own hydration.
