Embrace your inner Olympian at The Winter Games, an exciting event set for Sunday, February 1, 2026, in scenic Sugar Land Memorial Park, Sugar Land, TX. This one-of-a-kind race invites runners of all levels to challenge themselves across a range of distances including a Half-Marathon (13.1M), 10K, 5K, and a newly added 1 Mile option for 2026. Young athletes can also join the fun with a free Kid's Dash, a 100-200 meter sprint designed to let them experience the excitement of race day.

Runners will enjoy a generally flat course through Sugar Land Memorial Park, providing an accessible and potentially fast route for personal bests. The Half-Marathon consists of two loops, offering participants an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the course. Typical race day conditions in early February boast pleasant highs around 66°F and lows around 45°F, with only a 10% chance of precipitation, creating ideal running weather.

All finishers across the Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile events will be celebrated with a state-of-the-art finisher medal. Beyond the finish line, top performers in each age group, awarded four deep, will earn the prestigious titles of Kobalt, Bronze, Silver, or Gold Medalist, with additional overall, masters, and grand masters medals up for grabs. This event, organized by Run Different, also supports meaningful causes, donating a significant portion of profits and all donations to Special Olympics and Encounter Church (Fate).
