Anticipate ideal running conditions with typical race day highs around 61°F and lows near 34°F, alongside a minimal 1% chance of precipitation, ensuring a comfortable experience as you explore the desert night scenery.
The course is meticulously marked with reflective arrows and confidence markings to guide you safely through the dark. Runners will begin with an initial mile of uphill asphalt, transitioning into a scenic 1.5-mile single-track trail loop, before returning on the same asphalt stretch to the finish. With an approximate elevation gain of 276 feet, it presents a refreshing challenge amidst the captivating views. Participants are required to bring a light source, such as a headlamp or flashlight, and reflective clothing is highly recommended for safety. Crossing guards will also be present at the main intersection on Tramway to add visibility and guide you.
