Zombie Night Crawl

Prepare for a spine-tingling challenge at the Zombie Night Crawl, a thrilling 5K fun run set to invade Bridgeport, WV, on October 24, 2026. Part of The Bridge Sports Complex's "Bridge to Victory Race Series," this unique event transforms a nighttime run into a battle for survival. Runners, known as "Survivors," begin with three "lives" represented by flags on their belts, tasked with navigating a course infested with lurking zombies whose sole mission is to claim those flags.

The 5K course unfolds on a paved walking path around the baseball fields, located across from the CityNet Center at 400 Forrester Boulevard. This relatively flat, rolling course will test your speed and endurance as you outmaneuver the undead. Hydration stations will be available along the route, offering a brief respite from the chase. Typical race day conditions in late October often see comfortable highs around 64°F and lows around 42°F, with a minimal 14% chance of precipitation, providing ideal weather for a night of dodging zombies.
