Tartan Trot 5K/10K Road Race

Lace up for the 20th Annual Tartan Trot, a cherished Dunwoody tradition taking place on Saturday, February 7, 2026. This popular road race offers distances for every runner, including a challenging 10K, a spirited 5K, and a family-friendly 1M run. Starting and finishing at Saint Luke's Presbyterian Church at 1978 Mount Vernon Road, both the 5K and 10K courses feature two full loops through the beautiful Dunwoody backdrop, renowned for its "lots of hills" that promise an engaging and testing experience.

The Tartan Trot is celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere and unique Scottish flair, with bagpipes heralding the start of the race. Both the 5K and 10K distances are officially Peachtree qualifying races, making it an excellent opportunity for competitive runners. Beyond the race itself, participants can look forward to a lively post-race party featuring food, music, and awards, where winners traditionally receive homemade pies and cakes.
